The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with essential amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine, which facilitated my work stay. The staff displayed exceptional hospitality, making check-in efficient and providing support during my stay. Breakfast was well-stocked with variety, including fresh fruits and baked goods, enhancing my positive experience.

Access to the pool area felt awkward, requiring a walk around the building to get to our room, and lifting luggage carts over curbs was a hassle. The key card was temperamental, initially failing to open the door to our room, which added to our frustration after a long day of driving. The pool water seemed to cause irritation to our eyes, and the jacuzzi water lacked warmth, making it less inviting than expected.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the room had a persistent cigarette smell.
